There’s nothing quite like Christmas - the warmth, the laughter and the sparkle in every little moment. At Inspire Studios in Walthamstow (E17), London, for our Christmas Mini Sessions come with something special. This year, we are introducing two vintage backdrops: Boho Christmas and Festive Christmas, designed to create the perfect atmosphere to capture the spirit of the Christmas season and the love that brings families together.

We will take you to step back in time, where Christmas feels like it used to - cozy, magical and full of heart.

  • Up to 20 minutes session

  • 5-high resolution edited digital photos

  • Up to 40 minutes session

  • 10-high resolution edited digital photos

  • 2 set-ups

To secure your session, we require a non-refundable £50 deposit, which will be applied toward your final payment.

Add-Ons:

*Additional images can be purchased at £15 per digital image.

*Canvas prints, framed prints and other custom print options available upon request (prices vary based on size and material).

Do you provide outfits?

Yes, we have a few dress options available for use during the Christmas mini session. Please note that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for our Christmas dresses and since we do not charge a rental fee for them as part of any package, we are not responsible if they don’t fit as expected. The number of outfits available depends on the package you choose and we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you would like to select a dress from our collection. We recommend visiting us before your session to ensure the size fits and we also advise bringing an alternative outfit for the Christmas mini session.

Can I bring an extra set of clothes for more variety?

Yes, you can bring another set but changing will take from the session time.Layering pieces will suit better for a mini-session. Please check the packages and choose the one that suits your needs most.

Is there any parking available?

You can park in the allocated space behind the studio. You don’t have to pay for parking. Please plan your journey to ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your session.

Do you provide make-up & styling services?

No, make-up & styling services are not included in our packages.

What happens if I am late?

Our Christmas mini-sessions run back-to-back. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early and be ready to begin at your scheduled time. Since these are mini-sessions, late arrivals may shorten your session. Rescheduling will require payment of the booking fee again.

What happens if I cancel the session?

Please note that once booked, your session's date and time are fixed and cannot be changed. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable as your reserved slot prevents us from accepting other bookings and covers preparation time.

Can I come to see the studio?

We would be happy to show you the studio, but please contact us before your visit.

How many family members can join me during the session?

▸
Due to backdrops size, we can accommodate up to 10 people.

How do I view the photos after the session?

After your session, you’ll be invited to view your photographs on screen and select your favourites. Once your chosen images are confirmed and the final payment is made, we will be beautifully edit and send them to you as high-resolution files within 3 - 5 days.

Do you own the copyright to the images?

Yes, Inspire Photo Studios Ltd retains the copyright to all images. Client is granted the unlimited, perpetual right to use, modify and distribute all photographs and video content produced by Inspire Photo Studios Ltd under the agreement. Inspire Studios shall retain physical possession of all original files, negatives and raw footage and reserves the right to use the content in their marketing portfolio.
