To secure your session, we require a non-refundable £50 deposit, which will be applied toward your final payment.

Add-Ons:

  • *Additional images can be purchased at £25 per digital image.
  • *Canvas prints, framed prints and other custom print options available upon request (prices vary based on size and material)
  • Frames are not included in the packages.
  • Photos are not edited and provided on the same day. Each image selected is carefully edited to meet our quality standards. Final delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 days, depending on the quantity of pictures chosen.

What is included in the photoshoot?

We offer props and a dummy cake which can be decorated accoring to your theme.

What's not included in the photoshoot?

Please note that we don't offer balloons, real cakes and outfits for Cake Smash photoshoots. If you would like to include them in the session you will have to bring your own.

Do you provide outfits?

Yes, we have a limited selection of children’s outfits available for use during the studio session at no additional cost. Please note that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, we are not responsible if they do not fit as expected. If you wish to use an outfit from our collection, you must let us know prior to the session to ensure availability. The number of outfits a child can wear depends on the package you choose and outfit changes are included within the session time.Please note that using our outfits is completely optional. You are very welcome to bring your own clothing if you prefer and many clients choose to do so to ensure the perfect fit and personal style.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

The timeline for final delivery depends on the amount of post-production required. Generally, you can expect to receive your edited images within 2-5 business days after the shoot. If you would like your photos to be delivered on time for your birthday, please schedule your shoot in advance.

What happens if I cancel the session?

Please note that once booked, your session's date and time are fixed and cannot be changed. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable as your reserved slot prevents us from accepting other bookings and covers preparation time. Please also read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Can I come to see the studio?

We would be happy to show you the studio, but please contact us before your visit.

Do you offer on-location shoots or is everything shot in your studio?

We offer studio shoots, but we also offer on-location or outdoor photography and videography upon request. Additional fees may apply for location rentals and travel, depending on the location.

Do you own the copyright to the images?

Yes, Inspire Photo Studios Ltd retains the copyright to all images. Client is granted the unlimited, perpetual right to use, modify and distribute all photographs and video content produced by Inspire Photo Studios Ltd under the agreement. Inspire Studios shall retain physical possession of all original files, negatives and raw footage and reserves the right to use the content in their marketing portfolio.
