As a photography and videography studio, we create and process photographs and videos for the purpose of providing the photography or videography service booked by the client.
This may include photographing, filming, selecting, editing, applying soft touches, carrying out photo retouching where included, preparing final images, preparing final films, trailers, highlight videos, prints, albums or other products ordered by the client.
Soft touches and photo retouching are used to prepare final edited images in line with our photography style, lighting style, colour style, posing style, portfolio style and the service or package booked by the client.
We do not provide RAW photo files, RAW video footage, unedited footage, unedited images, project files, working files, rejected files, unused clips or unselected images. These remain part of our internal creative process and are not supplied to clients.
We do not sell client photographs, videos or personal information to unrelated third parties.
For studio photoshoots, clients are normally shown their images in the studio on our computer and choose the images they wish to keep. The selected images are then edited and prepared as final edited images.
The final edited images, films or videos are supplied by the method agreed for the specific booking or service. This may include a digital file transfer method, collection method or other suitable method confirmed by Inspire Photo Studios Ltd.
Clients are responsible for safely downloading, storing and backing up any final digital files supplied to them. After final files have been supplied, Inspire Photo Studios Ltd does not provide ongoing storage, backup or archive services for client files.
Where a session involves babies, children or family members, we may create and process photographs and related booking information for the purpose of providing the booked photography service.
The person making the booking must have authority to provide the necessary booking information and to bring children or family members to the session. A parent or legal guardian must be responsible for children attending the session.
For weddings, events and group photography or videography, we may capture photographs and videos of the client, guests, family members, suppliers, venue staff and other people present at the event.
The client is responsible for informing relevant guests or participants that photography or videography may take place during the wedding, event or session.
Wedding, event and group photographs and videos may be used to provide the booked service, prepare and supply final edited photos, final edited films, trailers, highlight videos, prints, albums and other ordered products.
Selected wedding, event and group photographs and videos may also be used for Inspire Photo Studios Ltd portfolio, website, social media, advertising, printed samples, studio display, marketing and other promotional purposes.
Wedding packages include only the services and deliverables listed in the chosen package paid for by the client. Printed photos, storytelling albums, frames, wall art, extra edits, extra coverage time, additional photographers, additional videographers and similar items are only provided where ordered, paid for and confirmed.
If a client orders prints, albums, frames, wall art or other products, we use the selected images and order details to prepare the order.
Where necessary, selected images and order details may be provided to a professional print lab, album supplier or product supplier only for the purpose of producing the product ordered by the client.
We do not provide delivery or postage for printed products. Printed orders must be collected from our studio.
Inspire Photo Studios Ltd may use selected photographs and videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, printed samples, studio display, marketing and other promotional purposes.
Selected photographs and videos may be edited, cropped, resized, watermarked or presented in a way that reflects our studio brand, portfolio style and promotional requirements.
We do not sell client personal information, photographs or videos to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Once final digital files have been supplied to the client, the client is responsible for downloading, safely storing and backing up those files. Inspire Photo Studios Ltd is not responsible if the client loses, deletes, misplaces, damages or fails to back up final digital files after they have been supplied.
We take reasonable steps to protect client information, photographs, videos and booking records against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or accidental disclosure.
However, no email, phone, WhatsApp message, device, memory card, hard drive or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients should only send information that is necessary for the booking or service.
